Managing Your Listings

Adding Your "Search Listings" Link (MLS/IDX)

  1. Click on the “Manage Your Search Listings Link (MLS/IDX)” link on your Control Panel home page
  2. Enter the new link in the text box on the following page. Don't forget to include the "http://"
  3. Press the "Save Changes" button when you are finished

The "Search Listings" link change will automatically be reflected on your website, although you may need to press the "refresh" button to notice the change.

Setting Your Featured Listing(s)

  1. Click on the "Manage Your Featured Listing(s)" link on your Control Panel home page
  2. If you would like your listings to rotate, check the "Rotate Your Featured Listing(s)?" box
  3. If you do not want your listings to rotate, select the MLS number of the listings you would like to feature from the drop down menus.
  4. Click on the "Save Changes" button when you are finished

Your Featured Listing(s) will automatically change on your website's home page, although you may need to press the "refresh" button to see the change.

Setting Your Listing Display Order

  1. Click on the "Manage Listing Display Order" link on your Control Panel home page
  2. Select the order you would like your listings to display in from the drop down box on the following page
  3. Click on the "Save Changes" button when you are finished

E-mailing Listing Brochures

To e-mail a listing brochure, click on the “Manage Your Listings” link on your Control Panel home page. All of your listings will be displayed on the following page. Find the listing you would like to email and click on the "flyers" link to the right of that listing.
