Adding a Model Home

1. Click on the "Manage Your Model Homes" link on your Control Panel home page (under the Model Homes heading)
2. Next to the second bullet point, click on the "Click here to add a Home" link
3. Fill out the form on the following page
4. Press the "Save Changes" button when you are finished

Updating a Model Home

1. Click on the "Manage Your Model Homes" link on your Control Panel home page (under the Model Homes heading)
2. All of your homes will be displayed on the following page
3. Find the home you would like to update and click on the "update" link to the right of that Model Home
4. Make any necessary changes by filling out the form on the following page
5. Press the "Save Changes" button when you are finished

Adding Photos to a Model Home

1. Click on the "Manage Your Model Homes" link on your Control Panel home page (under the Model Homes heading)
2. All of your Model Homes will be displayed on the following page
3. Find the listing you would like to update and click on the "photos" link to the right of that home
4. Each home has 8 slots to hold photos, which are displayed on the following page. If no image appears, then you have not added a photo for that slot yet
5. To add or replace a photo, click the "Browse..." button
6. Find the photo you would like to use on your computer and click "open"
7. Click "Continue" when you are finished
8. A preview of your photo will appear on the following page. You may also enter a caption for the photo (for your own information only - captions are not displayed on your website). If you are satisfied, click on the button that says "click here to save this photo!"

E-mailing Model Home Flyers

To e-mail a Model Home Flyer, click on the "Manage Your Model Homes" link on your Control Panel home page. All of your homes will be displayed on the following page. Find the home you would like to email and click on the "flyers" link to the right of that home.

Deleting a Model Home

1. Click on the "Manage Your Model Homes" link on your Control Panel home page (under the Model Homes heading)
2. All of your homes will be displayed on the following page
3. Find the home you would like to delete and click on the "delete" link to the right of that home
4. Press the "Delete Listing" button to delete the listing
