Agent Control Panel Help: Adding PDFs & Other Documents Using the Web Page Editor

1) Highlight the text you would like to link to the PDF (i.e. "click here to view the floor plan" as shown below) and click on the "Downloadable Files" icon (the little PDF icon).

3) The "Downloadable Files" window will popup, listing all your uploaded documents. To insert a document already in this list (i.e. a document you have uploaded already) select the document and click the "Insert" button on the bottom left.

4) To upload and add a new document, click the "Browse..." button on the bottom right. A window will open for you to browse your computer. Find the document you would like to upload on your computer and click "open". Then click the "upload" button to upload the document to your website. If successful you will get a success message. Click the "Insert" button on the bottom left to insert the document into your web page.

The "Missing Text" section allows you to choose options for the link you created. Select  "New Window" to open a new window when visitors click the link to open your PDF (this is highly recommended). You may also set the color of the link (i.e. the highlighted text from step 1) here. If you do not select a link color, it will default to your website's normal link color (as setup by your web designer).
